Strictly a rumor at this point, but this rumor is gaining legs.
Supposedly Foxconn has been given the nod to start manufacturing the rumored Apple netbook. They have done work for Apple before most notably they did some of the work for the iPhone, so they may have the necessary expertise to put together what is rumored to be a 10” touch screen netbook.
I am still holding out hope that this is a 10” Touch screen tablet, not a notebook style netbook, but in the netbook price range.
