hmm, I’ve only been preaching this for a year (maybe more) now, and I’m betting it happens a lot faster than 2014.
My take is, we will see sharp, or at least noticably decline in the next two years. Hell it’s already started, especially with books and DVDs. Music, is pretty much already dead.
The only reason there isn’t a “sharp” decline already it the knowledge gap between the tech savvy and the general consumer. But that gap is shrinking every day, just look at Blu-Ray sales.
Still though it’s nice to see other tech writers taking notice. Welcome aboard the bandwagon Steve…
