Currently in private beta until November 24, Sling.com is a shiny new video portal that pulls in TV episodes, clips, full-length movies, and professionally produced Web videos to a single destination. The free content is provided by the NBC-Fox partnership Hulu, along with CBS (parent company of CBS Interactive, CNET’s publisher), PBS, BBC America, and Web video sites like College Humor and Break.com, to name just a few.

This is exactly what we need.   A free to consumer advertising supported Internet portal for ALL video.  Movies, Webisodes, Television Networks, Cable shows, Web based content, home made content, all of it, in one spot that we can watch on your computer for free.

or…  you can buy a sling catcher and watch it on your television.

and if you have a sling box, you can watch your own television service from any computer or connected device, anywhere.
