I mean sure here in the states where we have a government that seems to do it’s best to protect lawyers, you can sue anything including the government itself. But how to you file a law suit against another country? Especially a country that views international law as a guideline at best?

CYBERsitter has went ahead and listed China, and seven PC makers in a suit claiming that code from it’s own CYBERsitter software has been stolen and is in use by the Chinese government backed GreenDam software filter that China wants in place on every computer.

I can see suing international corporations, like the seven PC makers, but I can’t see the Chinese government caring one bit about a law suit filed against them.

But maybe I’m wrong. Have there been other law suits against communist governments, have they won?
