Things I don’t need in any way but really want: Griffin Car Trip
I tend to stay away from the tech blogs I usually overdose on around CES, because I know I’ll see some shiny, expensive gadget I don’t need and go all Dr Zoidberg and exclaim “I’LL TAKE EIGHT”.
That being said, this thing plugs into the diagnostic port on your car and beams telemetry to your iPhone over bluetooth. Let me be perfectly clear: This allows me to add charts, graphs, statistics and all sorts of metrics to a previously mundane, everyday activity of commuting.
I’ll take eight.
