Apple iPod Event Wrap-up
My head is swimming with confusion, my predictions were for the most part horribly wrong.
Steve Jobs was back, and he looked pretty good up there running the show again.
iTunes 9 looks pretty nifty, but more on that later after I have had a chance to play with it.
iPods…. new shiny iPods. The Touch was updated with a little more horsepower, and a new capacities up to a very nice 64gb. But no camera, no GPS, nothing new at all except the 64gb of all flash storage.
So where did the camera go? Into the freaking Nano! Yes the iPod Nano can now take pics, shoot video, tune in FM Radio _(something I would never have guessed Apple would put in an iPod.) _ It even gets some blue tooth action for hooking up to a Nike+ iPod kit.

The shuffle also saw some updates to its color and capacity, and the classic still lives, with even more storage, now 160gb.
But seriously Steve…. you put the camera in the Nano? Well I guess I don’t need to rush out and get a new iPod Touch 3G like I thought I was going too.
