  • Media Pad, despite rumors of an iPhone based netbook or tablet, there was not even the hint of such a device mentioned.

General Thoughts.

I was very happy to see Apple really taking Microsoft to talk with their $29 Operating System Upgrade, but I was disappointed that we won;t be seeing it until September.

I loved seeing the SD Card Slot being built into the Mac Book Pros, but the expensee of the Express Card Slot in everything but the 17” is a shame.

I’m very happy to see a 13” Pro lappy.  I miss my old 12” sometimes, if they don’t come out with a tablet I may drop down to that and a large screen monitor on my next purchase.  ( My 17” Mac Book Pro is getting long in the tooth )

I loved seeing all the price cuts, I’m glad Apple is making this recession a bit easier to bear for us fan boys.  :)

Thank you GDGT and MacRumors for providing really excellent and up to the minute updates to their Live Blog.
