This is something I suspected all along, but still it’s nice to get some confirmation. It’s like Verizon isn’t known for handicapping capabilities of their network and devices for no good reason at all.
A swappable sim is a good thing, it means you can take your service from one device to another without having to jump through hoops with the carrier.
Want to leave your bulky smart phone home for the evening and just carry that sleek slider you picked up on off of eBay? Just slide the sim out of one and put it in the other.
Very handy, and in this day and age, it’s the way things should be done.
