CBS releases TV.com iPhone app →
This is awesome.
In a move that suprisingly beats Hulu.com and other TV portals. CBS’s TV.com has released a free iPhone/iPod Touch app for their site.
TV.com provides online access to not only current CBS television but classic shows like MacGyver and Star Trek, as well as web video from, cnet.com and all their other properties.

$199 for the base model of my favorite little netbook? You all know that this is the ideal micro lappy to sneak OS X onto, right?
Although you might want to spring for a SSD upgrade from runcore if you do. 4GB will be tough to get OS X onto.

Outstanding news. As the option to cut the cable alltogether looks ever better everyday this is exactly the type of thing I’d be looking for.
If say they offer a streaming only plan for $9.99 a month, and they bump up their current offering of new releases and back seasons of TV shows. I’d be all over something like this in place of cable.

Gmail Now Tells You Where Your Email Comes From →
Here is an interesting gmail labs feature. It can now add your current location (City, State, & Country) to the bottom of your signature.
Gmail pics it up by the physical location of your IP address. So if you are in one down and your ISP is in another it may grab slightly misleading info. But if you are in the same town as your local ISP then you should be good to go.

Multiple inboxes lets you set up multiple panes each with different information set up in them.
If you have been using your labels correctly, you then could set up one pane for just friends and family emails, one pane just for your “stared” items, and so on and so forth.
