Amazon.com: Today's Deals: Electronics →
Somehow the kids over at Amazon completely blew the concept of Black Friday. Yup they launched it yesterday, and it should last all Thanksgiving weekend.
These are limited time offers, but they may be putting up new deals as existing offers sell out, so I would check back often.
Here is the best of what’s up there now….

Amazon Kindle 2 Slated For “Early Q1″ →
It looks like the images leaked to BGR earlier this year were legit. Amazon Kindle 2 is comming and was supposed to be out for Christmas, but Jeff Bezos (Amazon CEO) pushed off the release until early in 2009 due to software issues.
Uploaded with plasq’s Skitch! Its too bad too, because this would have made my Christmas list for sure. Sure sure, long time readers of mine probably remember...

Black Friday deals for Sam’s Club members, don’t look that exciting to me… I think the best deal is the complimentary breakfast they are serving until 8AM.
Other than that the only thing of interest is the Nintendo Wii Family bundle which includes three controls three nunchuks Wii Sports and Mario Super Sluggers, but of course they don’t list the price… They just...

ok, it might be time to change the name of the site to TechnologyShopper.com ;)
The Dell Mini 9, my new favorite Netbook Deal, has added a 4th SSD option, a $32GB drive for only $100 more. Making it the first 32gb SSD netbook out there for under $500.
Nice.

Interesting, normally Apple tightly controls the pricing on all of its products. Hense why there isn’t really a deal to be had when you price compair, but for some reason, Best Buy is offering deeper than normal discounts on Apple MacBooks, and it’s not even Black Friday yet….

Are you !#^&#@!kidding me? I can’t see any reason the iPod Touch would not get the map upgrades. Sure we touch users don’t necessarily have Internet everywhere, so sure they might not work “everywhere.”
But in even a small city like Rochester it’s pretty easy to find a WiFi hotspot to use.
So Touch owners don’t get walking directions to where we...

This is truely sad. But what’s worse is again, the focus is on the fact that he did this “on the air” via life streaming service Justin.TV.
Just like in the case where a man killed his son because he messed up the mans xbox game. It wasn’t the video games fault then, and it’s not Justin.tv’s fault now.

Xbox 360 New Xbox Experiance: Initial Impressions

Looks like the Phillips name won’t be manufactured by Phillips itself anymore. At least not for any home theater equipment in North America.
This doesn’t necessarily mean the quality will go down, but… I wouldn’t be suprised if it does.
It is a shame, because it’s one of the name brands I trusted.
